Six groups of thinkers and designers in Thailand, in collaboration with TCDC Chiang Mai, feature an exhibition “GASTRONOMY DESIGN” as part of Chiang Mai Design Week to challenge themselves on food exploration. 

This exhibition is based on the artists’ belief that design and original ways and culture of Chiang Mai gastronomy can coexist and can also become the “NEW ORIGINALS”. 
The artists works include Eat Me “Flowery Ice-cream” I My Kind of (Unusual) Kitchen Utensils I Printed Textile in Modern Lanna Style I Eat and Play in the Light (interactive light installation) I Old Taste vs. New Look Snacks I Interactive Graphic Design for Everyone
